Three of the six most recent notices are rate adjustments on named lines, and one is a holiday schedule. Neither touches the first bill or the door; they touch the second bill and the clock. The knife and blade suspension is the exception, a category closed at the warehouse door.

Reports worth reading name the door
The operator ran its own BBS and adjusted its community features in July 2026; today the reports live on Reddit, where posts tagged with an agent's name and a photo of a parcel are the common form, on YouTube in unboxing videos, and on the operator's Discord, which is linked from its own footer. Read them with two filters. A report that names the door, the status and the date is worth more than a verdict; a GL on a hoodie says nothing about a sealed perfume or a 1688 carton. And a complaint about a wrong size is usually a notes-box problem, not an agent problem: the thing the warehouse checks is the size on the tag, not the fit.
Some of what gets reported can be checked against a published rule, and that part is worth reading for: whether the three photographs arrived inside the published 24 hours, what the Pending confirmation actually asked, and how far the final shipping charge moved from the estimate. The one thing no report and no policy page can give you is how long a particular seller takes, because that is the seller's, not the agent's.
