The editor, the method, and how to argue with both

Written by hand from the operator's own documentation, paid for by partner links, and corrected by anyone who writes in.

Who

Who keeps the guide, and who does not pay for it

This site is edited by the team behind a family of agent guides; the editor can be reached at [email protected]. It is not run by Superbuy and it does not sell anything. Superbuy is operated by DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED, Hong Kong company number 72396324, with its warehouse in Guangdong; its contact page, in the picture, is the primary source for those facts and was read on 2026-10-10. help centre contactus, read 2026-10-10

The guide covers one question in depth: what happens to a catalogue find between the link and the warehouse shelf, door by door. Everything else, the inspection scope, the two bills, is covered only as far as that question needs, with links to the operator's own pages for the rest.

Funding

Where the money comes from

Some links to Superbuy on this site carry a partner code. If you register through one, the site may earn a commission from the operator. The code does not change the price you pay, the fee tiers, or the clock; it changes nothing on the pages either, because every number here comes from the operator's own published rules, cited by article number, and would be the same if the link were plain. Catalogue links carry no commission.

There are no coupon codes here, no rankings and no claim about which agent is cheapest. Those are the things a commission would tempt a site to publish, and they are also the three that go stale or turn out to be unprovable.

Method

How a number earns its way onto a page here

The help centre has 198 English articles. The ones behind this site were read in full on 2026-10-10 and are cited by their article number next to each claim; the digests used for checking are kept with the site's source files. Screenshots of the operator's pages are used as they are, cropped only, and every one was opened and checked against its caption before publishing. Numbers with a date, such as the exchange-rate markup, are measurements from that date and are re-read on the schedule listed on the updates page.

Listings that the operator's own policy prohibits are out of scope here, and that policy carries a reporting address of its own; this guide follows what the policy says rather than the vocabulary the forums use around it. Where the operator's pages disagree with each other, both versions are shown with their sources rather than one chosen quietly.

Corrections

Getting something corrected

If a number here no longer matches the operator's page, write to [email protected] with the page address and the article you read. Corrections are made within a few days and noted on the updates page with the date. If you are the operator and want a screenshot removed, the same address works and the request is honoured without argument.
