What to write in the notes box, line by line
The Remark box is the only place a find's conditions get written down. Superbuy publishes the lines its buyers understand; this page gives you each one, when to use it, and what it changes.

The box
Where the notes box is, and why it beats a message
Before you order, Superbuy shows an order page with the value-added services and, under them, a Remark field. That field is read by the buyer who handles the order before the purchase is made, which is why a line here works and a message sent after payment often arrives late: by then the item is bought and the seller has been paid. The operator's own table of note scenarios is the basis of this page. help centre 1183, read 2026-10-10
The table implies two rules without stating them. First, write the fact, not a request: "deposit non-refundable risk accepted" is actionable, "please be careful with this one" is not. Second, if your condition needs a picture, the box cannot carry it, and the photographs you do get arrive too late to change what was bought; the operator asks you to email [email protected] with the order number, which starts with DO for an order or DI for an item. help centre 12, read 2026-10-10
The lines
Eight situations, eight lines, as the operator words them
The third column is the wording the operator's help centre asks for. Use it as written; the buyer has seen it before and knows what to do with it. The fourth cites the article.
| When | Why the buyer needs it | The line the operator asks for | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| You do not want the seller's gift | A gift adds weight to the parcel and may contain liquid, powder or a battery, which then has to ship separately | Please indicate which promotional gift you do not need from the merchant | help centre 1183, read 2026-10-10 |
| The seller lets the buyer choose a gift | The buyer picks it for you only if you say which one | Please fill in which promotional gift you would like from the merchant | help centre 1183, read 2026-10-10 |
| The item is a pre-order paid in full | The buyer pays the seller in two parts and needs the date the balance is due; pre-orders ship late | Please fill in the pre-order time | help centre 1183, 196, read 2026-10-10 |
| The item is a pre-sale with a deposit | You submit two orders; the deposit is usually not refundable once placed | Acceptable deposit non-refundable risk | help centre 1183, 196, read 2026-10-10 |
| The item is customised | The buyer relays your requirement to the seller for confirmation; only a basic visual check is possible afterwards | Please fill in the customization requirement and other related information | help centre 1183, 12, read 2026-10-10 |
| You are not sure about the size | Chinese sizes differ from international ones; the buyer checks with the seller against your numbers | Please fill in your height, weight, and body measurements | help centre 1183, 1201, read 2026-10-10 |
| You accept the risks and want no confirmation | Used for items outside professional inspection, bulky, fragile, customs-sensitive, or with no return | No confirmation is needed when purchasing the product | help centre 1183, read 2026-10-10 |
| You negotiated a discount or free shipping | The buyer verifies the discount with the seller; the difference comes back to your balance when the status turns Purchased | Change the price on the order yourself and describe the discount in the notes, or describe it in the notes only | help centre 169, read 2026-10-10 |
Discount
A discount you negotiated yourself
If you talked a seller into a lower price or free shipping, the order will not know. The operator gives two ways to carry it. The first, which it recommends, is to change the product price on the order yourself and write the discount details in the notes; the buyer verifies with the seller and buys at the lower price. The second is to leave the price as listed and only describe the discount in the notes; once confirmed, the difference is refunded to your balance when the status turns Purchased. help centre 169, read 2026-10-10
The dialog in the picture is the first way: a new price and a reason. Mistakes to avoid: writing a price the seller never agreed to, which turns into a Pending confirmation that holds the order until you answer, and forgetting the shipping part, which comes back as an additional payment.

Slow lines
Pre-sale, deposit, customised: the three slow lines
The three situations that stretch the clock all go through the box.
- Full-payment pre-order. The seller starts making or sourcing the item after you pay in full. Write the pre-order time the listing gives; the order waits at Purchased until the seller ships, which can be weeks. help centre 1183, 82, read 2026-10-10
- Deposit pre-sale. Two orders. The deposit order first, with the line the operator asks for: Acceptable deposit non-refundable risk. When the seller calls for the balance, a second order with the deposit order number in its notes, so the same buyer finishes it; the seller ships only then. The operator warns that deposits are usually not refundable once placed and asks you to follow the seller's own balance notices. help centre 196, 1183, read 2026-10-10
- Customised item. Write the customisation in detail; the buyer relays it to the seller for confirmation. Pictures go to [email protected] with the order number. Afterwards the warehouse can only do a basic visual check, and any after-sales issue depends on the seller's answer. help centre 12, 1183, read 2026-10-10
The screenshot shows the remark field on an order that carried a negotiated change; the same field carries all three lines above.

Gifts
Gifts: say yes or no before the seller packs
A seller's gift belongs to you regardless of its value, and the warehouse ships it with your items unless you said you did not want it or it cannot be mailed. Two consequences the operator spells out: a gift adds weight to the parcel, and a gift that is a liquid, a powder or a battery becomes a sensitive item that must travel separately after stock-in. help centre 18, 1183, read 2026-10-10
So the box carries a line either way. If you want a specific gift, name it; the buyer asks, but the operator does not guarantee the seller will provide it and will not reissue one that never came. If you do not want the gift, say which one; it will not be inspected or covered by after-sales if you never mentioned it. If a gift still arrives and you want it gone, Split Order / Discard Item does it for CN¥2 per item after storage. help centre 18, 1388, read 2026-10-10
Size
Size: the line, the tag code and the charts
The line reads "Not sure about the size, manual verification is required". The operator asks for three numbers in the box: height, weight and body measurements. The buyer checks them with the seller before buying, which is the only point at which a wrong size costs nothing. help centre 1183, read 2026-10-10
Reading a Chinese tag first saves the line. 160/68A is height 160 cm, bust or waist 68 cm, and a regular cut; B means a larger cut, C extra large, Y smaller. Jeans may carry 29W x 30L, waist and inseam in inches, with S, R and L marking leg length. The operator adds that sizing varies by store, so your own bust, waist and hip in centimetres beat any letter, that a hand-measured tape can be off by 1 to 3 cm, and that Chinese shoe sizes carry no width, so a wide foot goes up half a size. help centre 1201, read 2026-10-10
The reference chart in the picture is one of seven the operator publishes: men's tops, where Chinese size 170/84A sits next to American 38 with chest, waist and shoulder in centimetres. The others cover women's tops, women's and men's trousers, men's and women's shoes, and bra cross-references; the operator marks all of them as reference only. For a measurement you cannot get from a chart, a tape-measure photo after arrival is CN¥2 a shot, half that from the third, and for CN¥30 the operator arranges the closest model it can to the height, weight and shoe size you give, four angles, with no promise that the match is exact. help centre 1201, 1112, 1393, read 2026-10-10

Measuring
Where to put the tape, as the guide draws it
Shoulders: between the two shoulder points. Chest: around the fullest part. Waist: around the slimmest part, tape straight and loose. For feet, stand on paper, mark toe and heel, measure the distance, and use the larger foot; the operator gives the European-size formula as (EU size + 10) × 0.5 = foot length in centimetres, so a 42 fits a 26 cm foot. help centre 1201, read 2026-10-10
Write the numbers in centimetres in the box, with the item they are for if the order has several. The buyer is comparing them to a seller's size table that may itself be in Chinese; numbers survive that translation, words like medium do not.

Risk line
The line that skips confirmation, and when not to use it
The last published line is No confirmation is needed when purchasing the product. It tells the buyer you accept the risks the order page would otherwise ask you to confirm: an item outside professional inspection, a bulky or fragile item, a customs-sensitive category, food, a brand item, or a listing with no return. It saves a day on an order you have already thought through. help centre 1183, 135, read 2026-10-10
Do not use it on a first order, on a deposit pre-sale, or on anything you have not seen a seller size table for. The Pending confirmation it skips is sometimes the buyer telling you the listing is not what it looks like. The order confirmation screen in the picture is where that message would otherwise stop you; the destination country at the top is also where the warehouse decides what it can ship.
