What is a Superbuy Spreadsheet?

A curated product discovery site. The category photographs above lead to live listings where you can compare the item, seller and options. This guide does not sell or reserve the goods.

How to use the Superbuy Spreadsheet

Search by product or style, open a find, and read the original size chart, variant choices and delivery terms. Save its product link and the options you want before moving to the agent.

The agent

What is the Superbuy agent?

Superbuy buys from Chinese sellers on your behalf, receives goods at its warehouse, supplies inspection photos and arranges international delivery. It handles the order and parcel; the original seller supplies the product.

Why choose Superbuy?

It may suit an order that needs link import, manual ordering or specialist sourcing alongside warehouse checks and consolidation. Check the accepted item types, current fees and shipping options for your country first. A different service may fit better if you need a route, payment option or inspection that Superbuy cannot provide.

How to use Superbuy

Import a supported product link, or use a manual request if the details cannot be read automatically. Confirm the seller, options, quantity and full first payment. Wholesale, second-hand and expert sourcing orders have their own terms; an import method alone does not determine the fee.

After purchasing, check warehouse photos and request clarification or a return before submitting a parcel. Choose packing and an available route, make the separate international shipping payment, then follow tracking until delivery.

The tool

Choose an order method before you pay

The order-method check asks where your find is listed, whether it is ready to ship, and what extra help you need. It points you to the relevant ordering notes and terms, including wholesale quantities, pre-sale deposits and manual requests.

The result is a planning aid. The agent must still confirm acceptance, availability and current charges.

Why

Why use this Superbuy Spreadsheet?

A shortlist is more useful when you know what happens after opening the link. This guide connects category browsing to order notes, the first payment and the warehouse decision, so you can spot an unsuitable purchase before committing.

Use the order-method check for an unfamiliar listing and the notes guide for sizing, pre-sale and seller instructions.

Help with an order

Use the Help Centre, glossary and FAQ to find the next action for an order or parcel. Save its number and the relevant screenshot before contacting Superbuy.

Dated notices and buyer reports help you check whether an older example still applies.

First-order questions

How do I tell which door my find takes?

Look at where it is listed, not at what it is. A Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Vipshop, Amazon, Dangdang, Yihaodian, Weidian or Yupoo link sits in the free row of the fee table and costs nothing to have bought. Anything else is typed into a form at 10%, second-hand sites have their own tier, a find with no link goes to a bilingual buyer, and something you bought yourself only needs the warehouse.

Does the door change the price of the item?

No. The item costs what the seller charges, and the domestic delivery is whatever the seller charges for it. The door only adds the purchasing service fee, which is nothing at all on the common platforms and never more than CN¥20 except on an Expert Sourcing request.

Can I move a find to a cheaper door?

Sometimes. The same item is often listed on more than one platform, and the same thing on Taobao carries no purchasing fee where the Xianyu listing adds CN¥20 to the bill. It is worth a search before you paste the link, because the door is decided by the link you hand over, not by the item.
