What each door adds to the bill

Of everything you will pay, the door sets exactly one item: the purchasing service fee. The price of the thing is the seller's, the domestic delivery to the warehouse is the seller's, and the whole international charge is decided later by weight, line and destination, long after the door is behind you. So this page is short on purpose. Two charges are worth knowing before you choose a door, because neither is on the fee table. Customs declaration runs about CN¥8.00 a parcel, varying with the shipping method. And the payment method itself takes a cut at checkout: the screen in the picture lists a handling fee per method, and paying from your Superbuy balance carries none, which is why topping the balance up once beats paying by card four times.

The operator's table has four rows. Read as doors: the capture door and the 1688 door are the free row; the second-hand door is the CN¥20 row for Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan and Paipai and the 10% row for Kongfz and the rest; the manual-form door is the 10% row; the Expert Sourcing door is the last row, with its CN¥15 prepayment inside the minimum. The table leaves out two things that change what you pay. The "other platforms" row is capped at CN¥20, so past about CN¥200 of goods that fee stops growing and is effectively a flat CN¥20; the Expert Sourcing row keeps climbing to CN¥300. The Expert Sourcing row is capped at CN¥300 and refunded in full if nothing is found, but not refunded once the item is stocked. The fee page in the picture presents the same four rows as cards.

Destination, warehouse, weight, size and item category, then a list of lines filtered by sort order, shipping service, import fees and shipping time. Here is the part the door cannot protect you from. Every door prices in CN¥, and your card does not. The conversion happens on the whole CN¥ total, so it lands on the item, on the seller's domestic delivery and on the door's own fee together, which means a free door is not a free order. Your account can show CN¥ or US$, everything converts from the CN¥ figure, and if you pick the non-CN¥ display then only your balance and MasterCard remain as payment methods. Scale: only two agents in that whole set charge a service fee on the standard platforms at all, so a headline of zero fee separates almost nobody; what varies is the exchange rate each agent applies when it converts your CNY total, and that gap over the mid-market rate is where the margin sits. In a comparison of 34 agents dated 2026-10-02, this operator's rate sat +8.6% above the mid-market rate, meaning the rate banks quote each other and the one a currency converter shows you. It charges nothing to buy on the standard platforms, so that figure is also its all-in cost. Across the whole set, all-in ran from +0.4% to +18.1%, and on a CN¥2,000 order the distance between the two ends is worth more than every service fee on this page added together. A markup is one day's reading and will have moved by the time you get here, which is why the date travels with it. Published terms such as a free storage period move far less. Weigh the two against the order actually in front of you: on a small, fast order the door's fee decides it, and on a large one the rate does.
